I was recently contacted by the art director of Courrier International, a news magazine based in Paris about using an illustration I had drawn in 2008 of Sarah Palin. I wish I spoke French but from what I can make out it seems to be about her presidential aspirations. Here is a link to the article
I was contacted yesterday by Juliet Litman at Grantland/McSweeney's to do a really quick turnaround illustration for this morning's front page of Grantland.com. The story is about french basketball player Evan Fournier and the declining number of Europeans in the NBA today. Below are the rough sketches submitted before deciding on the final concept.
